Job Description
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and promotion. This includes arranging calls, sending reminders, reviewing planning worksheets, managing box folder organization, and tracking day-to-day progress. They will be responsible for communicating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that all elements of the webinar are executed seamlessly. Additionally, they will manage the dry run and recordings, as well as the Smartsheet. The project manager will attend webinars and team meetings and manage on-demand turnover and promotion on the website. Overall, the project manager will play a critical role in ensuring that the marketing team content and webinars are successful, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years experience in a project management role or related role
• Marketing background – campaign management, webinars, online strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams
• Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative team-oriented individual
• Fast-paced working style
