Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Senior Training Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in the Charleston, SC area. The specialist will develop and deliver Navy-compliant training materials, conduct various training sessions, configure training environments, assess student progress, and collaborate with technical teams to maintain current and secure training content.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- 10+ years of experience within Navy systems training
- Ability and drive to develop new training and training programs
- Experience with SCORM authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar platforms)
- Strong background in troubleshooting VMware, RHEL/Linux, and Windows environments
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, education, or a related field
- Security+ certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Navy Instructor Training Course (NEC 9502)
- Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification
