As they expand their portfolio across both private and government sectors, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in environmental and engineering services.
Position Summary
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, field teams, and maintaining timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely responses to clients and internal teams.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for on-site projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and clients to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 1+ Years proven experience in administrative support or project coordination (preferably in a high-volume scheduling roll).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with Lesson, or familiar scheduling software.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
