Job Description
• Lead Oracle EBS Order to Cash (O2C) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications (BRD, FSD, DMD).
• Configure and support modules including Order Management, Accounts Receivables, iReceivables, Channel Revenue Management, and Advance Pricing.
• Design and implement pricing strategies using Oracle Advance Pricing (modifiers, qualifiers, formulas).
• Manage integration of Oracle OM with e-Commerce platforms and third-party systems.
• Conduct CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions.
• Perform data migration and mapping for AR customers, receipts, and transactions.
• Implement and support Subledger Accounting (SLA), AutoInvoice, Lockbox, and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW components and custom solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Must have solution build and deployment experience in Oracle EBS AR, iReceivables, Invoicing, Payments (ACH and Credit card), Tax and SLA
Knowledge of ECC (Enterprise Command Center) would be an added advantage
10+ years with Oracle eBusiness Suite, especially in Order to Cash value stream
7+ years working on delivering ERP Transformation programs in above mentioned areas
Require documentation and business requirement analysis skills
English-speaking with strong interpersonal skills to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders in the US and CA
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with the team
