Insight Global is seeking a MEP Superintendent to join a client of ours on a large scale industrial project out of Blythewood, SC. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all activity that is related to construction startup and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and control systems to accommodate contract documents and project schedule. This requires a data center background and strong knowledge of the Manage Equipment Procurement process. This will require tracking and coordinating equipment deliveries, managing equipment procurement process, review submittals, manage quality control and similar activities. This position may require light traveling.

- 4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical system construction
- 3 years of experience in mission critical construction, hospital construction, MEP project management, or mechanical and electrical system start-up and commissioning
- Experience scheduling and coordinating MEP activities
- Comfortable with preconstruction / equipment procurement experience
- Experience with large scale industrial projects (minimum 30M)
- Familiar with pre-construction processes
- Degree in construction, engineering or business is strongly preferred
- OSHA 30
- Familiar with Everlance
