We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Recruiter to join a real estate client of ours in the Charleston, SC area. This role is primarily focused on supporting the recruitment process rather than direct recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and be proficient in handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and send offer letters to candidates.
- Communicate with candidates via phone and email to extend offers.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Filter through applicant resumes and applications.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
This will be a 8-12 week contract with the possibility of extension. Expected pay is $25-$35 /hr.

- 1-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with various recruitment tools and platforms.
