Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Quality Management Specialist to join their team. This is an Onsite role with standard 8am-5pm EST working hours in Greenville, SC. Below is an overview of the responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Overview:
Maintain the master list of logistics documentation/library (250+ individual document).
Collect, organize, and store documents on dedicated servers or cloud-based applications
Continuation in cataloging of existing standard work documents.
Conduct gap analysis by identifying processes and sub-processes lacking documentation.
Follow procedures to obtain work instructions approval from functional process owners from work instructions for change management
Ensure uniform formatting of documents are GE Vernova QMS-compliant for level L2, L3, and L4 categories.
Ensure proper storage of all collected and cataloged documents in designated folders and published internally (SharePoint) and externally (GE QMS I forget the name)
Monitor and report and quantify progress of entire project
Adhere to completion due dates and meet milestones, and deadlines.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the immediate leader/manager, whether verbally or in writing.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Requirements/Specifications:
1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance or Manufacturing industries, commercial writing/ corporate document preparation.
Logical thinking, organization, commercial brand application, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in problem-solving and process improvement, with knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Bachelors or Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Quality.
