Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a clearable Project Manager specializing in communications to join the team in support of a Federal client, fully remote. The Project Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of comprehensive communications and change management plans aimed at building understanding of, and support for, transformation at all levels of the enterprise. The STRATCOMM PM should have experience in and understanding of facilitating large-scale change management efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

Master's degree from an accredited institution in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.

10 years of strategic communications support for federal and/or healthcare organizations

Experience designing and implementing large-scale communications campaigns for healthcare organizations

Knowledge of healthcare business rules, operations, and needs

Expert written and verbal communicator

Knowledge of healthcare high reliability organization principles and transformation


DHA, VA, HHS or Military Health experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Change Management (PROSCI or Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) certifications)

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
