Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Logistics Cost Analyst/Auditor to join the team of one of their top customers in Greenville, SC. Below is an overview:

- Work with the Logistics Project Manager to identify and audit all freight costs for a project.

- Work with all members of the project team globally for the purpose of identifying freight charges.

- Expedite logistics carriers and internal team members for information related to freight charges.

- Expedite logistics carriers to submit invoices.

- Utilize multiple systems and databases to track down freight invoices.

- Send customers information to customers

- Additional tasks not listed in this job description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing.

Required Skills & Experience

- Freight payment and/or financial auditing experience.

- Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Associates is acceptable with additional years of experience

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize work.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Must be able to quickly learn applications.

- Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills.

- Must be a strong team player and be able to work independently.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have ability to multi-task and an aptitude for processes.
