Role Overview: The Implementation Manager will oversee construction crews, ensuring project scope and quality are maintained. Acting as the Project Manager's eyes and ears, the Implementation Manager will be responsible for various types of projects, primarily in power generation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee construction crews and ensure project scope and quality
Act as the Project Manager's eyes and ears on-site
Work on Hydro West projects
Utilize construction background to read blueprints and schedules
Use computer skills for project management tasks
Manage various types of projects, ensuring they are lifted and shifted as needed
Participate in planning meetings
Support installation kick-off and outage meetings
Confirm permits and safety training
Develop schedules with Project Lead and contractor
Handle one job at a time, varying from 5-20 jobs

10+ years of experience in construction management or related fields
Ability to read blueprints and schedules
Strong computer skills
Experience in power generation projects is ideal
Flexibility to travel and stay onsite as required
Typically, 6 Days on-site (a considerable amount of overtime)
Will travel to different project sites for the duration of the project
Per diem will be included!
