Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Microsoft Systems Engineer to support a federal client of ours onsite in the Charleston, SC area. The main task at hand is to provide knowledge in systems engineering and information technology as it relates to Service and Systems Management. The day-to-day includes:
- Develop solutions to solve problems and implement enhancements
- Investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications/technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple groups
- Develop and/or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability

Required Skills & Experience

- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Security+ certification or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical experience
- Experience designing a SCOM, SCSM, SCCM, or MECM
- Proficiency with scripting, ideally PowerShell, but Bash or Python will suffice
- Experience with Microsoft and Windows system engineering
