Job Description

Insight Global is seeking multiple Immunizer Pharmacists for a for a large retail pharmacy. While onsite as an Immunizer, you will solely be responsible for the delivery of various immunizations, including but not limited to Covid, flu, rabies, typhoid, and boosters. Immunizers will be administering different vaccines depending on which state they are working in. Immunizers will be responsible for administering the shots in store at a retail pharmacy location, as well as potentially traveling (if applicable) to additional store locations and long-term care facilities. After the contract period, Immunizer Pharmacists will have the opportunity to convert permanent with the retail pharmacy as a Healthcare Services Pharmacist (HSP), Staff Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager. The ideal candidate for the HSP role is a Pharmacist who is passionate about making an impact on the company and make a difference in the industry. This role is will not include filling prescriptions, but all other clinical services that the pharmacy provides to their customers and patients. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing a strong customer service experience and clinical services to patients. The Pharmacist will greet patients and help with products and services that the Pharmacy provides. The Pharmacist will ensure patients are aware of the healthcare services provided including patient consultation, medication management or drug therapy reviews. Clinical or wellness services could include immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcome services. The Pharmacist must have strong time management and organization skills to ensure they're scheduling their days around immunization appointments and daily walk ins while managing their other responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

-BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited education institution

-Current Licensed Pharmacist within the state of work

-Certified Immunizer APHA (this is in addition to license)

-6 months+ of Pharmacist working experience.

-Passionate about the industry, customer service/patient oriented and a drive to positively change the industry

* Open and interested to potentially convert FT as a Healthcare Services Pharmacist, Staff Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager

-CPR or BLS Certification

-Hepatitis B Statement -- All Immunizers must complete a Hep B Virus Statement or declination.

-Willing to travel to multiple stores and long-term care facilities (dependent on location)

* Active driver's license and reliable transportation

-Must be flexible: Locations, travel (if applicable and should be minimal between 20-30 miles) and shift times will vary based on location.

-Worked in a retail pharmacy setting in the past
