We are looking for a part-time Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing the administrative tasks associated with completing successful projects. You will use your excellent communication skills to coordinate with the Sr Project Managers to achieve exceptional results that will allow the team to deliver on-time regulatory Compliance assessments and audits that delight our clients.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Manage the report request process and deliver reports per the Compliance SLA including managing the OpsRequest queue in Salesforce, sending reports, and preparing reports for upload to the customer and prospect portals.
Manage all tasks related to uploading evidence to external assessors as well as internal evidence repositories.
Create Features/UserStories/Tasks as needed in the Azure DevOps (ADO) project management tool. Assist with new queries and weekly reconciliations between ADO and the external assessors file share system. Manage project close out tasks.
Serve as the project administrator to set up new projects in Sharepoint, create confidential folders per project, create and maintain project distribution lists, and maintain the navigation of the site
Complete other administrative duties as identified by the Sr Project Manager
Coordinate with other Compliance dependent teams such as Cyber Security, Product Engineers, Operations, Risk Management and other departments as necessary
Promote quality standards and ensure work meets those standards
