Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant HR Director to support an Engineering Client. This client is a leader in the environmental and engineering sectors, helping commercial, industrial, and federal clients meet environmental standards and tackle complex challenges.



The ideal candidate will have a background in payroll and onboarding, as well as strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.



The day-to-day tasks include running biweekly payroll, benefits, onboarding, answering and attending to employee questions and concerns, and managing two direct reports on-site in Charleston, SC.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of HR management experience, specifically overseeing Onboarding, Benefits, and Payroll

Bachelors Degree

Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Time Management Skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using ProLiant for payroll

Experience overseeing payroll and benefits for a minimum of 200 employees

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
