Job Description

This person will be involved in planning and coordinating a 500-person corporate event that is being held in Greenville, SC in 2 months. They are flexible on hours worked but would ideally be sticking to an 8:30AM-5:00PM schedule Monday through Friday and would need to be available full-time for the 2 weeks leading up to the event. The event is taking place in the week of June 10th, with employees arriving from all over the country on June 11th. No extensive knowledge of event planning is necessary for this role, and they are only looking for someone who has had some experience coordinating large-scale corporate gatherings, and coordination with external vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of corporate event planner and interest in event planning

- Experience coordinating with external vendors
