As the M365 Project Lead for Power Platform, the candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions while ensuring compliance with security and information protection guidelines. The responsibilities will encompass system design, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Evaluation and Positioning:
Evaluate and assess the suitability of new M365 solutions.
Strategically position these solutions to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Develop and present business cases for the adoption of new solutions.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure M365 services adhere to stringent security and information protection guidelines.
Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security controls.
Regularly audit and assess the security posture of M365 services.
System Design and Deployment:
Lead the design of systems and architecture for Power Platform services.
Oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Develop migration strategies for legacy systems where applicable.
Service Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for M365 services, addressing any technical issues or concerns.
Monitor the performance and health of the Power Platform and related services.
Implement updates, patches, and enhancements as required.
Project Management:
Manage projects related to the implementation and maintenance of M365 services.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with Microsoft and other relevant vendors to optimize M365 services.
Stay informed about product updates, licensing changes, and industry best practices.
User Training and Adoption:
Develop and execute training programs to promote user adoption of M365 services.
Create user guides and documentation for M365 applications.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for M365 services and regularly report on their performance.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- BA/BS degree in computer science, business or the equivalent of four years experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
- 5+ years experience in project management, specifically related to Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform.
- 5+ years experience in enterprise software design and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering products and solutions to the marketplace
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards, especially in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or equivalent, are a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience working in an international environment (preferred).
- 5+ years experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (preferred).
