Insight Global is looking for a Global Logistics Site Lead to join their team in Greenville, SC. This role is onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Oversee all activities at the site to include onboarding, training, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
Will set and clarify for requirement and expectations for Team Leads.
Takes Proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all values streams.
Work closely with support staff (Systems Services, MDC, Payments).
Deals with the complexity of multiple values streams and regions.
Serves as the single thread leader for escalations for employees resolutions.
Responsible for monitoring operational metrics and business performance.
Protect high standard of Delivery, Quality and Safety.
Responsible for vision and communication for team.
Build and manage workforce staffing plans based on customer requirements.

10+ years direct management experience in leading large. teams/operations, including a salaried/hourly workforce.
10+ years in supply chain, logistics, shipping, receiving, FTL, LTL, Air, Rail, and Vessel.
5+ years domestic shipment planning execution, inbound, outbound, 3PL, 4PL.
5+ years international shipment planning, execution, custom clearance, international tariffs.
Associates or Bachelors degree
Experience creating and editing professional documents, status reports and financial reports.
Demonstrated heightened attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio etc.)
Relevant experience of working within a complex stakeholder structure.
Demonstrated familiarity with general principles of workflow in an inbound and outbound to help manage that workflow.
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
A bachelors, advanced or masters degree in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing/
Experience in managing third-party relationships.
Experience of applying lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Proficient with data collection, data analysis and use of metrics.
Experience working Oracle Transportation Management, Worldwide Material Status App (WMSA) and other supply chain applications.
