Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Receptionist to work onsite at a car dealership in North Charleston. The responsibilities would include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with questions, and supporting both the sales department and back office clerical team. This person will be responsible for receiving and routing incoming calls, providing answers to basic questions, and greeting visitors in person. In addition to receptionist duties, this person will also be responsible for clerical work including: basic filing of paperwork, data entry into computer systems, and processing invoices. As a car dealership receptionist, you are the face of the organization, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.

* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

* Intermediate computer skills and phone handling skills.
