Job Description

The customer service representative will interface directly with customers, vendors, and outside sales, to process orders and generate quotes.



Essential Job Functions:

Primary in answering phones and addressing customers and vendor needs.

Work alongside Inside Sales to Generate Quotes.

Take and process customer orders converting them to sales orders.

Coordinate with vendors to produce accurate Purchase Orders for parts/machinery ordered.

Coordinates shipping and receiving of orders (Generates Bill of Lading)

Track open sales orders and confirm delivery dates are met.

Verify orders are scheduled to ship from vendors correctly.

Continually update CRM System with all information from order process

Verify stock/order stock and office supplies

Maintain Top 20% Customers Special Pricing in QuickBooks

Schedule and follow up on shipments

Required Skills & Experience

HS Diploma Required (follow on schooling preferred)

3-5 years relevant work experience required

Microsoft Office Proficient

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with CRM system preferred

Experience with QuickBooks preferred
