Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Total Rewards HR Specialist to sit in the Greenville, SC area for one of our large Automotive customers. As a member of the Total Rewards team, this candidate will provide support to the organization primarily in the area of associate benefits. They will also assist in direction of the implementation and administration of the programs including but not limited to benefit plans, retirement plans and wellness initiatives. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Leading annual renewal of health and welfare benefits plans and other ancillary benefit plans developed by the organization to support Health, Self and Wealth programs

* Analyzing and evaluating services, coverages and options available from vendors.

* Developing and supporting benefit communications and enrollment systems for annual open enrollment and ongoing enrollment events.

* Providing high level of customer service to respond to HR and associate benefit inquiries.

* Supporting HR efforts to communicate and interpret complex associate benefit related concerns and issues.

* Being an in-house expert on the Company's welfare plans.

* Working with vendors and brokers to ensure timely communications to participants and to resolve issues with welfare plan administration including but not limited to problems involving delivery and payment of associate benefit services.

* Ensuring compliance of corporate health, welfare and retirement plans with state and federal regulations including timely review of plan provisions and contracts

* Working with outside counsel and maintaining up to date knowledge of state and federal regulations and how they apply to the Company's programs.

* Provide training to all site HR team members to ensure compliance with various state and federal laws and regulations including HIPAA.

* Ensuring participation in appropriate surveys to maintain competitive data and benchmarking for the organization.

* Supporting the organizations efforts to help associates gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle through various wellness programs and activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* At least 5 years' of experience related to benefits development and administration.

* In depth knowledge of and experience with the development; implementation and administration of associate welfare plans

* Thorough knowledge of all related compliance requirements, laws and regulations regarding associate benefit plans.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plus:

* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

* Professional certification
