Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Office Assistant for one of our clients in Greenville.
* Coordinate with permit agencies, right-of-way specialists, system owners, field leaders, forestry leaders, and 3rd party owners for joint-owned poles.
* Provide engineering support during construction, including post-construction reviews to ensure all applicable engineering and construction standards have been met.
* Conduct root cause analysis of outages and mitigation using engineering principles and design.
* Assisting with hiring and on on-board process of new employees.
* Setup and Creation of New work in Leidos and Clients Work Management Systems.
* Assisting engineering and project managers with Project Analysis
* Assisting the Engineering Manager and Section Director with local administration tasks
*On-boarding of new Employees including getting office keys, ordering Leidos and Duke Badges, requesting Duke VM access, requesting Duke software, requesting Leidos Software, ordering parking pass, etc.
*Welcoming visitors to Leidos Greenville Office including but not limited to new candidates.
*retrieving packages from Spaces reception
*Overseeing and scheduling new employee Training.
*Maintaining and ordering Office supplies.
*Keeping up with the inventory and ordering of PPE.
*Overseeing all logistics for the Biannual Greenville Office Meeting including hiring a caterer, finding a location, etc.
*Setting up New Work received from client in both companies Work Management Systems
*Working with Leidos PMO group to request charge codes for new work.
*Assisting our Permit Coordinator with status of outstanding SCDOT, Transmission, Railroad, County, City and Environmental permits.
*Assisting our Fielding Coordinator with Field Prep
*Assisting with the creating and updating of Leidos Process documents.
*Re-writing Work Orders in Dukes Work Management System from one job plan to another.
*Understanding and update employee PLC codes to ensure our PMO group is using the correct bill rate for employees whom have been promoted.
Required Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
