Job Description

Our client is a full service Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm. They offer services to both public and private clients and specialize in scopes including but not limited to: Sanitary Sewer Mains, Water Transmission Mains, Roadway Design, Storm Drainage Design, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling, Construction Cost Estimating, Constructability Reviews, Value Engineering Analysis, Commercial Developments, Residential Developments, Industrial Developments, Scheduling, Boundary Surveying, Topographical Surveying and Construction Staking.



The Civil Project Engineer helps take a project from inception through all stages of design, permitting, and construction. They will be responsible for design work, design review, calculations, construction management, and end client communication with water and waste water initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- This position is open to either a recent Civil Engineering College graduate all the way up t0 a tenured Civil Engineer (15+ years_

Graduated from an ABET Accredited University with a BS in Civil Engineering

2-15 YOE in Civil Engineering (preferably in the water/wastewater space)

Experience in AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D

*

Have developed base XREF files, and construction plan sets

*

Need to have experience with alignments, surfaces, grading, storm drainage, profiles, and civil calculations

*

Experience necessary to understand what is required in a set of Civil Construction drawings

*

Able to work with minimal supervision while managing time and meeting project deadlines

*

Professional, dependable and self-motivated to accelerate career

Reliably commute to office in Florence, SC
