A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an International Fleet Manager. According to the American Trucker's Association, there are 80,000 fewer drivers on the road than needed. The International Fleet Manager will be responsible for growing and managing a team of 50+ truck drivers brought on to support manufacturers and suppliers experiencing a chronic driver labor shortage.
* 5-15 years of experience in the heavy truck automotive industry
* 5-15 years of experience managing 50+ drivers
* Bilingual -- specifically Spanish
