An employer is seeking an IT Manager to sit hybrid in the south Charlotte area. This person will be responsible to lead a team of IT Business Analysts to provide IT solutions to the distribution and operations teams. This person will also work with the IT and business management teams to define overall technical and application direction. Lastly, they will coordinate the efforts of internal and external staff, and of key business partners in the support of existing production systems and in the execution of new system projects.
-At least 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 of those years being in management
-At least 3 years implementing technical solutions
-Technical Knowlege of SQL (able to write simple SQL queries)
-Past experience working as a Business Analyst or working side by side BAs enough to understand the day-to-day responsibilities
-Warehouse, distribution, Supply Chain or Retail Experience
