Job Description

A client in Aikens, South Carolina is looking for a IT Service Delivery Specialist to join their team. This person will be expected to be onsite five days a week working alongside other team members and the IT Service Delivery Manager. On a daily basis, this person will be expected to preform a variety of tasks including end user support in the areas of troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile device issues. This person will not only be responsible for the 80 clients onsite at this location, but will also be expected to provide remote support to end users in surrounding locations as well.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience of Tier II IT desktop support



3+ years of experience with the ticketing system ServiceNow



3+ years of experience opening and resolving tickets for an enterprise level company



Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree
