Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Integration and Hardware Specialist for a 12-month contract. A successful candidate must be located in Saskatoon and comfortable working on-site 5 days a week. A successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated IT, OT, and hardware solutions supporting converged technology applications. This person will act as a liaison between digital, physical, and operational environments, ensuring seamless connectivity, reliability, and performance across multiple platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with systems integration, hardware deployment, and industrial networking (IT/OT).
Hands-on expertise with devices such as sensors, PLCs, smart cameras, edge computing hardware, and related protocols.
Experience working within secure, regulated, and collaborative industrial environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to devices, data acquisition, network segmentation, and protocol interoperability.
Experience designing and implementing architecture for technology applications, ensuring robust connectivity between field hardware and enterprise/data center/cloud environments.
Bachelors or higher degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (advanced degrees considered an asset).
