Insight Global is looking to bring in a Sr. Project Manager from one of our largest Mining clients. The project manager will joining the underground team on a 6 month contract to work on a very complex project. They will be responsible for co-ordination between: The Owner, Site Safety, Training, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, Vendors and other participants as required. Duties will include, but not limited to, planning and scheduling of major projects, scope/schedule/cost control, budget management, document control, creation of work packages and RFPs for procurement purposes, Contract Management on behalf of the Owner, coordination and participation in construction meetings as required, safety monitoring of contractors and sub-contractors underground, and enforcement of Nutrien Safety Standards, procedures, and policies.

5+ years experience as a project manager working in the mining industry or similar background
Strong experience running RFPs
Proven track record of implementing safety protocols
Strong experience establishing scope, schedules and budgets for large projects
Excellent communication skills with an urge to build in-person relationships
