Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Analyst for one of our top clients. This is a 12 month contract with a likelihood of extensions. A successful candidate is required to be on-site approximately 25 minutes away from Saskatoon. Work schedule is 4 days a week, 10 hours a day on-site. We are looking for someone who has experience providing support IT support for physical hardware including personal computers, tablets, mobile devices, peripherals and video conferencing. This candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring and supporting a number of business software's as well as providing support/set up for new hires, annual refreshes and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of IT industry experience.
- Experience with Windows 7 & 10, iOS, Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with PC and peripherals.
- Working knowledge of networking, servers and VPN.
- Experience with on-site and remote troubleshooting, deployments, refreshes and configurations.
- Video conferencing Experience (Cisco Telepresence preferred).
- Experience using SharePoint.
Degree or diploma is relevant field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Microsoft certifications would be an asset.
Knowledge of LogMeIn remote software is preferred.
