Remote Technical Application Manager

Insight Global is seeking a remote Technical Application Lead/Manager to join a Fortune 10 retail pharmacy client. This person will be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 Developers and a few Testers to help drive the build and maintenance of the team application. This person needs to come from a technical background, understand architecture and want to work as a Manager to provide guidance, coaching and support to the team.

-Previous experience working as a senior level C#/.Net Developer

-2+ years of experience working as a Lead (guiding/helping a development team of 4-5 people, sometimes coding to help the team, coaching team to ensure health of application, etc.)

-Experience with all or most of the following: Kafka, Kubernetes, Linux, Rally

-Ability to partner with Architects to discuss build of the application

-Previous cloud experience (GCP preferred)

-Can work as a self-starter and be independent to make team decisions

-Ensure that the team is using the DevOps technologies, security best practices, following the SAFe agile methodology

-Ability to partner with other teams and communicate with executives
