Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to join a consumer goods client specialized in manufacturing, marketing and distributing consumer and commercial products for an initial 6-month contract (with possibilities of extensions). This is a hybrid position in Brampton, Ontario. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing, specifically agency or brand. They will be responsible of supporting the team on executional transactions, such as sending images to retailers and working with external partnerships or vendors for brands. The breakdown of tasks for this role are: 30% external partnerships/vendors communication, 30% process improvement planning, 30% ownership of strategy and planning for commercial business, and 10% for other marketing tasks.
· 2-5 years of marketing experience (brand or agency -- agency preferred) including marketing, innovation, and general marketing support experience.
· A four-year college degree.
· Demonstrates the ability to understand the similarities and differences between countries and cultures which is built into strategies and plans.
· Industry experience in consumer goods and IMC agency, and proven success with both.
· Strong digital marketing skills (i.e., DTC, eCommerce, Retailer Media Networks) and asset marketing experience.
Deep experience gleaning consumer insights and leveraging analytics of primary and secondary research, emerging trends, POS results, and competitor/category actions to drive leadership brand sales.
Strong experience with Data and Numbers
