Job Description
We are seeking an AI Strategist who can quickly understand current business processes and identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven improvements. This individual will serve as both a strategist and hands-on contributor, helping teams expand AI capabilities, create repeatable workflows, develop prompts, and support training and adoption initiatives. The role will focus heavily on documentation, process standardization, prompt development, and enabling scalable AI solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain AI-related documentation and process guides.
• Support AI adoption efforts by understanding existing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Create repeatable, scalable AI workflows and templates that can be reused across teams.
• Write, test, and refine prompts to support business use cases and operational efficiency.
• Develop onboarding materials, scripts, and training resources for new AI features and capabilities.
• Translate business objectives and operational needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, consistency, and user experience.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and business risk.
• Support the adoption of emerging AI tools and methodologies across the organization.
Compensation: $60 - 70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience implementing AI tools or solutions within a business environment.
• Demonstrated experience writing, testing, and executing effective prompts.
• Experience creating documentation, training materials, or operational guides.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to support productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
• Experience leveraging AI to synthesize large datasets or documentation, generate insights and summaries, accelerate research, automate repetitive tasks, and create drafts of requirements, reports, or communications.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
