Job Description
· Assess and stabilize existing development and testing environments
· Create and implement an environment management and governance strategy
· Define how code moves across environments and ensure consistency between them
· Manage environment lifecycle activities including provisioning, maintenance, refreshes, and synchronization
· Establish standards and processes for multiple teams sharing common environments
· Coordinate release planning and deployment sequencing across teams
· Build strategies for test data management, masking, and segregation
· Partner directly with engineering leaders to improve delivery efficiency and environment stability
· Manage environment-related risks, dependencies, and conflicts across programs

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of Program Management experience, specifically operating at the program level, supporting multiple teams, products, or projects simultaneously
· Previous experience managing large-scale environmental infrastructure programs, with proven success in environment stabilization, platform maturity, or large system integrations
o Experience designing environment strategies for multiple development teams sharing common environments
o Experience establishing governance around environment usage, releases, access, scheduling, and conflict resolution
o Strong understanding of environment lifecycle management and environment synchronization
· Hands-on experience managing lower environments across tiers:
o Development (DEV)
o QA / Test
o Pre-Production / Staging / UAT
· Deep understanding of:
o GitHub integration within CI/CD processes
o Release management practices
o Code promotion across environments
· Experience defining testing strategies and building automated test processes
· Experience working with sensitive data (PII)
· Bachelor's Degree required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Healthcare industry experience
· Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments
· Knowledge of PHI handling, data masking, and compliance controls
· Experience enabling AI-driven development efficiencies
· Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, containers, or environment orchestration technologies
· Smartsheet experience
