Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management, supporting the Commercial Network & Provider for a large insurance company. This individual will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of complex digital products that support Commercial Network & Provider capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead multiple product teams and serve as the primary product leader responsible for delivering best-in-class end-to-end experiences while ensuring product health, technical quality, and business value.
Although this is an individual contributor role, the Senior Manager will provide leadership across cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders across Product, Business, Design, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Security, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap
• Define, communicate, and continuously refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business and technology partners.
• Develop and maintain strategic initiatives, epics, and plans that align with enterprise goals and product objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to establish investment priorities and build business cases for future initiatives.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Align roadmaps, backlogs, delivery timelines, team capacity, and cross-functional dependencies across product areas.
• Establish and track product OKRs to measure progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Product Ownership & Delivery
• Lead product planning activities and support Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and roadmap reviews.
• Define epics and features while partnering with Product Owners and delivery teams to develop user stories and manage dependencies.
• Drive delivery planning and sizing activities to support execution across current and upcoming quarters.
• Ensure product learnings and customer feedback are continuously incorporated into backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor product performance using business, customer, and technical health metrics.
• Leverage analytics and feedback loops to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.
• Track and communicate progress against OKRs and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Coordinate product launches, beta programs, user feedback collection, and product documentation efforts.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead discovery efforts to ensure teams are continuously validating customer needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Business General Managers, Design, Engineering, and Analytics leaders as part of a “Five-in-a-Box” product model.
• Serve as the primary liaison between product teams and stakeholders including Architecture, Security, Operations, and Technology leadership.
• Communicate product progress, insights, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Present product outcomes, delivery accomplishments, and roadmap updates to business and technology leadership.
Team Development & Product Culture
• Foster a customer-centric and product-led culture focused on outcomes, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Coach and mentor Product Owners and Domain Owners to drive strong product management practices.
• Promote Agile methodologies and product management best practices across teams.
• Help establish and maintain high-performing product teams through guidance, coaching, and operational excellence.
• Champion team success by recognizing achievements and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
• 7+ years of experience building and managing technical products and services within Agile environments.
• 7+ years of experience supporting large-scale technology modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, epics, and feature definitions.
• Digital product management experience supporting B2B and/or B2C healthcare solutions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, product delivery methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to make product decisions.
• Experience with reporting, data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive decision-making.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AI/ML concepts, and modern software development practices.
• Agile Certification (SAFe, Scrum, CSPO, or similar preferred).
