Job Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking Data Engineers to join a growing team focused on building and supporting large-scale data solutions that power analytics and AI-driven insights. This team is responsible for ingesting and processing call center transcript data, developing scalable data pipelines, and enabling data science models to operate efficiently in production environments.

This is a highly technical, hands-on individual contributor role that requires strong expertise in PySpark, SQL, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex data challenges and building reliable, production-grade data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and distributed data systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
