Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer supporting the modernization of a Contact Intelligence platform. This role sits at the intersection of UI, APIs, data pipelines, and emerging AI/agent capabilities, with a strong focus on building scalable dashboards and enabling natural language interaction through AI agents. This is a highly execution-focused role - engineer will be coding daily and contributing directly to new feature development, platform enhancements, and agent rollout.

Required Skills & Experience
4–5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Strong experience with:
Java + React and/or Angular (UI development)
API development
Exposure to or willingness to learn:
Python (data pipelines / data engineering)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly technical, hands-on role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with data engineering / pipeline builds
Exposure to AI/ML or prompt engineering
Experience with internal platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
Familiarity with agent-based systems or conversational AI
