Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote Senior UI Engineer (React.js/Next.js) to join a Fortune 10 retail pharmacy client. This person will be joining the team responsible for building a CRM platform for the retail side of the organization.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of software engineering experience
-Ability to build scalable enterprise workflow and product lifecycle platforms with frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
-Ability to design and integrate APIs using Java, FastAPI and Python
-1+ year Claude MCP integrations (experience building AI-assisted workflows leveraging True Foundry/low code to no code platforms like Claude, Scikit-learn services, True Foundry or equivalent)
-Redis knowledge
-Knowledge of enterprise workflow platforms
-Product lifecycle or vendor onboarding systems knowledge
-Experience with CDN integration and optimization
-Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with AI based IVR/Telephony systems such as Nuance, Kore , Deepgram platforms
-Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Camunda/Temporal, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Cloudflare/Akamai/CloudFront
-Knowledge of supply chain, merchandising, or product governance workflows
-Experience building configurable workflow engines and operational dashboards
