Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Coordinator to support a high-volume lease administration team within a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. This role focuses on executing critical administrative functions related to lease agreements, landlord communication, and real estate data management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update landlord ownership and address changes within internal systems
- Partner with Lease Analysts to support lease administration operations and reporting
- Coordinate and execute mailings for lease renewals and official communications
- Maintain accuracy of lease data in real estate systems (e.g., ownership details, rent information, address records)
- Run and review check pull lists; identify ownership changes and coordinate pulling or reallocating payments when needed
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates across multiple systems
- Generate and analyze reports from lease/real estate databases
- Communicate with landlords and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Support general administrative functions that contribute to the efficiency of the lease administration team

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of administrative experience (preferably in real estate, property, or lease administration)
- Strong computer proficiency with ability to work across multiple systems and databases
- Experience running reports and maintaining data accuracy in systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
