Insight Global is looking for a Product Transformation Lead to join a global pharmacy clients digital product organization. This candidate will accelerate the shift from traditional, project‑based delivery to a product‑led, customer‑centric operating model. This role partners with senior leaders across product, business, engineering, and clinical domains to cultivate a product mindset, redesign processes, and guide teams through organizational change.
This is a hands‑on, strategic coaching role—not a product owner or delivery manager. The focus is on transforming how teams think, plan, and execute so they deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Compensation: $50 - 60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong background in product management, product strategy, or product operations.
• Deep experience coaching teams through product‑led transformation.
• Proven ability to design and lead workshops, trainings, and educational programs.
• Expertise in agile, lean, product discovery, and outcome‑based planning.
• Experience working with healthcare payers
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Hands‑on familiarity with tools such as Jira.

Day‑to‑Day Activities
• Conduct rapid assessments of teams, processes, and product alignment.
• Meet with business partners to understand needs, constraints, and opportunities.
• Facilitate team sessions, workshops, and product discovery activities.
• Coach product managers, engineers, and business leaders on product practices.
• Identify product development gaps and help teams refine roadmaps and OKRs.
• Build relationships across Medicaid and adjacent business lines.
• Influence without owning products or outcomes—own the transformation, not the delivery.
