Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AI Product Owner to join the product organization for a healthcare insurance client. This candidate will be joining a team that is working to create a self-service chat bot for their healthcare provider clients. This candidate will be acting as the liaison between the internal product team as well as the third party vendor they are using for the platform. The ideal candidate needs to have experience supporting the creating of an agentic product, and have demonstrated experience working with third party vendors. Responsibilities for this role include product ownership and agile delivery as well as cross functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking Product Owner with experience in healthcare systems, and the ability to bridge complex technical work with business and partner stakeholders. Compensation: $60 - 65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
· Recent working experience on an AI product
· Healthcare or health insurance domain experience is a plus
· Familiarity with SAFe Agile frameworks.
· Background in project management and/or functional analysis.
· Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into product and business context.
