Technical Product Owner

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Owner / Product Specialist. He/she will be responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing the team backlog, and driving day to day product development within a Retail Pharmacy environment. This role partners closely with Product Leadership, Product Management, and cross functional Agile teams to decompose features into value driven user stories, manage backlog priorities, and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders. The TPO leads sprint execution by validating readiness and acceptance criteria, participating in Agile ceremonies, tracking story progress, and ensuring high quality delivery. In addition, this role supports Program Increment planning by preparing user stories, managing dependencies, collaborating on PI demos, and communicating delivery status to stakeholders to align expectations and outcomes.

Payrate - $50-$60/hr

• 10+ years as a Product Owner, Product Lead, Product Manager, etc (for a large enterprise company)
• Retail Pharmacy or healthcare domain experience
• Strong user story writing and backlog prioritization experience
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SAFe
• AI experience (creating use cases and partnering with AI teams)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Pharmacy

• Experience supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Prior leadership or team influencing experience (2+ years)
