Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote senior INTL (India) Java/AI Developer to join a Fortune 10 retail pharmacy client. We are seeking someone with strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React and recent hands on experience using Python/AI tools to accelerate development.
Compensation:
$10/hr to $13/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-6+ years engineering experience, including 2+ designing AI-assisted or agent-driven systems
-Expert in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and React for building scalable digital services
-Strong cloud engineering skills (Kubernetes, Cloud Run, IAM, networking) (GCP preferred)
-Proficient with Terraform IaC for module creation, remote state, and environment automation
-Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (GPT 4.x, Claude, Gemini, SWE 1.5) into backend or UI flows
-Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL schema design, resolvers, and API gateway patterns
-Knowledge of Elasticsearch, SQL and NoSQL databases
-Ability to leverage Google Antigravity for agent first development workflows (multi agent orchestration, autonomous code execution, Artifacts for verification)
-Experience with Anthropic Claude Sonet,Clawd Bot / Clawdbot or other open source , understanding AI agents that run locally, integrate with Claude/GPT models, and execute real system tasks
-Demonstrated ability to lead architecture, mentor engineers, and improve AI augmented engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior experience with Windsurf, autonomous coding agents, or MCP-based developer workflows
_Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, or agentic automation
-CI/CD design with GitHub Actions + Workload Identity Federation, Snyk, Sonar, and performance testing
