Job Description
We’re looking for a highly capable Automation AI Engineer to design, build, and operate end to end intelligent automation solutions across the organization. This is a true full stack role that spans backend data automation, ServiceNow self service platforms, standalone web applications, and agentic AI solutions using large language models.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning systems end to end — from SQL pipelines and enterprise workflows to modern UIs and AI powered automation — and who thrives in environments where reducing manual effort and enabling self service is a top priority.

Required Skills & Experience
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, stored procedures, scheduling, optimization)
• Strong Python scripting for automation, orchestration, and data workflows
• Hands on experience with React and/or Angular
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• ServiceNow development experience, including:
o Flow Designer
o Service catalog items and intake forms
o Workflow automation and scripting
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic preferred)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience generating automated outputs (PDF, Excel, CSV) from backend data pipelines
• Experience implementing role based access controls across platforms and UIs
Professional
• 4+ years of experience in full stack engineering, automation, or platform development
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions in production
• Portfolio of standalone web applications built with Angular or React
• Experience working in an ITSM, operations, or enterprise support environment
• Strong communication skills with technical and non technical stakeholders
• Ability to take ambiguous business requirements and translate them into scalable, automated solutions
• Systems thinker comfortable operating across data, workflows, UI, and AI
