Job Description
The IAM Access Review (UAR) Analyst will support enterprise-wide access governance and audit readiness efforts by performing detailed user access reviews and data analysis across multiple systems. This is a hands-on, data-intensive role focused on validating access, identifying risk, and supporting compliance rather than administering IAM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform user access reviews by analyzing and validating access across infrastructure and database systems.
Correlate identity and entitlement data across multiple platforms and data sources.
Use SQL to extract, join, and validate large datasets for access and compliance analysis.
Identify, document, and flag access discrepancies, audit risks, and control gaps.
Build and maintain standardized templates for access reviews, evidence collection, and data mapping.
Support internal controls and compliance initiatives aligned with frameworks such as NIST.
Document findings and produce audit-ready evidence to support governance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper access alignment and remediation.
Compensation: $35/hr to $38/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
2–5 years of experience in IAM, user access reviews (UAR), security analysis, or data analysis
Hands-on experience performing access reviews or supporting audit and compliance initiatives
Strong SQL skills, including joins, data validation, and querying large datasets
Experience working with enterprise databases such as DB2, Teradata, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of access controls, entitlements, and identity data
Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST)
Ability to identify audit risks, access discrepancies, and control gaps
Advanced Excel skills for data comparison, reconciliation, and analysis
