Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Lead Power Platform Engineers for a top-tier healthcare client with a national footprint. These engineers will guide a major enterprise migration to Power Platform while building next-generation digital automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. The role blends architecture, hands-on development, COE governance, and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates bring deep technical acumen, strong communication skills, and experience working in sophisticated enterprise environments. This position offers the opportunity to shape automation strategy at scale while mentoring a growing team. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead design & architecture for Power Platform solutions
• Build Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven) and Power Pages
• Develop Power Automate flows & custom connectors
• Create and deploy Copilot Studio agents
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Implement COE governance & best practices
• Build chatbots using Power Virtual Agents
• Develop intelligent document processing using AI Builder
• Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems
• Interface with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Perform unit testing prior to QA
• Maintain up-to-date code libraries and documentation
• Assist in environment configuration & solution deployment
• Support the migration strategy into Power Platform

Compensation:
$18/hr to $28/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Power Platform Development
o Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven)
o Power Pages/Power Portals (including Liquid)
o Power Automate
• Strong experience building custom connectors, integrating custom APIs
• Experience building Copilot Studio agents
• 5+ years Web App Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• 5+ years C# including plugin development
• 5+ years working in Visual Studio
• Experience with MCP servers
• 3+ years with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Azure DevOps (code control, versioning, pipelines)
• Converting Nintex apps/workflows to Power Platform
• AI Builder
• Power Virtual Agents
• Power BI
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Unit testing tools (e.g., NUnit)
• XRM Toolkit
• Integrating with REST/SOAP APIs; Postman
• JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, React, ExtJS)
