Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Center of Excellence (CoE) Administrator to support a top healthcare industry client. This individual will oversee the daily engineering and governance of the Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments. The Lead Admin will manage environment configuration, DLP oversight, platform engineering, and operational guardrails while partnering closely with both engineers and a Solutions Architect. This is an exciting contract to hire role ideal for someone who excels in secure, enterprise-level platform management and enjoys improving governance across a large, dynamic organization. Key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Act as the Lead Admin for the Power Platform & Copilot Studio CoE
• Manage day-to-day engineering and governance of the platform
• Move and configure environments, solutions, and platform components
• Work closely with engineers to create, update, or refine rules and DLP policies
• Provide oversight of automated governance processes
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to enhance platform design and guardrails
• Ensure compliance, security, and proper data handling across environments
• Troubleshoot escalations and maintain platform reliability
• Support scaling initiatives as usage increases across the enterprise

Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Admin Center)
• Expertise with Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of Azure (tenant, environments, connectors, governance)
• Security background — compliance, governance, identity, DLP
• Previous Global Admin or platform-level engineering experience
• Hands-on experience within a Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Ability to work directly with platform engineers and architects
• Comfortable managing environment lifecycle, rules, and guardrails

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience implementing or maintaining DLP policies
• Familiarity with automated governance (PowerShell, Admin Center automations)
• Prior work in large-scale enterprise CoE organizations
• Exposure to cloud engineering or platform engineering teams
• Knowledge of citizen development programs
