Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, self‑directed Project Coordinator to support multiple construction projects on the design and pre‑construction side. This role will work closely with architects and engineers, managing schedules, tracking outstanding items, and ensuring projects stay on track from initial scoping through permitting.
This is a remote position, operating on Eastern Standard Time (EST), supporting a fast‑paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Track and manage outstanding project items, action items, and deliverables
Proactively follow up on due tasks with internal teams, architects, and engineers
Support construction projects on the design side, from early scoping through permitting
Manage and coordinate project schedules, spending ~25% of time focused on schedule oversight
Participate in and support frequent project calls, documenting updates and next steps
Assist with plan markups during live calls with project stakeholders
Help identify additional tasks and responsibilities that can support the broader project team
Maintain organization across multiple projects simultaneously (up to 25 total, ~15 active)
Support projects ranging from small renovations to full build‑outs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Professional License to Practice Architecture
- LEED Green Certification or other sustainability certifications
