Job Description
We are seeking a Lead-level Senior Fullstack Engineer to play a critical role in designing and building a new, unified web portal for an internal media organization. This individual will lead fullstack development efforts in a data engineering–centric environment, partnering closely with engineering leadership to consolidate fragmented workflows into a single, scalable platform.
This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who has built and scaled complex internal platforms from the ground up and is comfortable owning architecture, execution, and technical direction.
Lead the design and development of a new unified web portal
• Consolidate multiple fragmented tools, workflows, and technologies into a single, cohesive platform
• Create a centralized portal used by all teams supporting media campaigns
Own fullstack architecture and implementation
• Build and maintain a React-based frontend
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Ensure clean API design and seamless frontend–backend integration
• Design solutions that integrate cleanly with data pipelines, analytics, and campaign systems
Support campaign execution at scale
• Enable internal media teams to run and manage a high volume of campaigns through a unified experience
• Design the platform with extensibility in mind as campaign complexity grows
Provide technical leadership
• Act as the senior technical resource for this initiative
• Make architectural decisions, set best practices, and mentor as the team expands
Compensation:
$60-68/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Lead-level experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a data engineering or platform-focused environment
• Strong hands-on experience with:
○ React (frontend)
○ Python / FastAPI (backend)
• Proven experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with or strong exposure to Generative AI or Agentic AI systems
• Demonstrated success building and scaling internal platforms or portals
• Ability to work independently, own large initiatives, and drive solutions end-to-end
