Job Description

The IAM Audit Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls, audits, and compliance activities within a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role is audit-driven, fast-paced, and requires close partnership with technical IAM subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical processes into clear, auditable documentation.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced cybersecurity/GRC environment, can handle high-volume compliance operations and is comfortable managing complex, high-impact audit requests as their primary responsibility.

Compensation:
$23-27/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience working on a fast faced IAM/GRC team
- Experience managing high volume and/or complex audit requests (IAM and SOX)
- Experience with security standards, controls, and control frameworks (FTC assessment, PCI DSS, NIST assessments, SOX, SOC 1 SOC2, etc.)
- Experience working directly with IAM SMEs to bridge the gap between compliance and technical requirements
- Experience provisioning, deprovisioning, vaulting of IDs, privileged access accounts, etc
- Experience with technical writing, documentation, and writing SOPs
