Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Product Owner to join the digital product organization at a health insurance provider. This role owns the product backlog and partners closely with the Product Manager, who owns the roadmap and long term product strategy. The Product Owner is responsible for translating roadmap intent into actionable delivery, ensuring features are clearly defined, prioritized, and driven to completion. They will own and drive delivery of the products by translating strategic roadmap priorities into well‑defined, high‑quality backlogs and ensuring end‑to‑end execution aligns with business intent. They will partner cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and enterprise stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, and value realization while influencing outcomes across a matrixed environment. They will serve as a strong technical and operational partner, balancing multiple initiatives while enabling API‑driven, data‑centric solutions through clear requirements, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. This is a contract position with the potential to convert. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $50 - 57/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 or more years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, digital transformation, or related roles
- Experience delivering enterprise scale platforms with measurable financial or operational impact
- Strong experience working within Agile or SAFe environments
- Comfort working with technical teams across APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and CRM systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience building or supporting solutions used by healthcare members or enterprise colleagues preferred
