Job Description

This role is not a portfolio manager position and does not include portfolio‑level decision‑making or strategic ownership.

Manage and maintain resource allocations in Clarity for a single portfolio.
Perform analysis on actuals vs. forecast for both labor and non‑labor spend.
Identify allocation variances, data gaps, and improvement opportunities within an otherwise stable allocation process.
Support ongoing portfolio reporting and data integrity related to funding and resourcing.
Dependency & Cross‑Team Coordination
Track and manage dependencies across multiple delivery and support teams throughout the enterprise.
Partner with internal teams to resolve misalignments or deviations in delivery expectations.
Provide visibility into risks, constraints, and timing impacts related to cross‑team work.
Operational & Program Support
Serve as a key partner to the RTE and Assistant RTE, taking ownership of operational tasks and analysis.
Support planning, execution tracking, and follow‑up activities related to portfolio delivery.
Prepare data‑driven insights and summaries to support leadership discussions and decision‑making.
